Join us for a workshop on Korean Kimjang culture, where you’ll learn the traditional process of preparing kimchi. This UNESCO-recognized practice is a key part of Korean heritage. After making the kimchi, we will enjoy Suyuk, boiled pork, which pairs perfectly with the fresh, spicy kimchi. In this workshop, you'll learn that making authentic kimchi is more than just a simple salad, it requires careful temperature control over several days to ferment properly. Since Bali’s climate is different, we will focus on Geotjeori Kimchi, a fresh, non-fermented version that’s ideal for this environment. The price includes all tools and food ingredients, hands-on cooking, dining experience, and kimchi to take home. The final price stated here includes the platform booking fee.
