Before proceeding with the purchase of tickets from us, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions:

The ‘Organizer’ is Yayasan Mudra Swari Saraswati ("UFF," "we," "us"), an independent, not-for-profit foundation located at Jalan Raya Sanggingan, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia 80571.

By purchasing a Food for Thought Festival Pass, a ticket for a Masterclass, a Food Tour, visiting the festival venue, and/or attending any Festival-related event, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

A valid Festival Pass or ticket for a Masterclass or Food Tour grants access to the event on the specified date and time as indicated on the pass or ticket.

Please ensure you have a photo ID with you when exchanging your Festival Pass or Ticket.

All transactions will be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). A payment gateway fee will be applied by Big Tix.

No animals are allowed at the festival venue.

A Festival Pass holder must redeem their ticket confirmation at the ticket office at Taman Kuliner. For Masterclass or Food Tour ticket holders, it is sufficient to show the confirmation together with a valid ID at the event.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any Festival Pass holder or Masterclass or Food Tour holder and may conduct security searches as needed for visitor safety.

Entry to the Food for Thought Stage at Indus Restaurant, or participation in any Masterclass or Food Tour without a valid Festival Pass or ticket, is not permitted.

Festival Passes or tickets for Masterclasses or Food Tours may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred. Any attempt to alter, deface, or resell a Festival Pass or ticket will render it void.

It is the responsibility of the Festival Pass holder or the Masterclass or Food Tour ticket holder to check their pass or ticket, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. The Organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen passes or tickets.

By entering the venue and/or attending any Festival-related event, Festival Pass holders and Masterclass or Food Tour ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. They grant permission to the Organizer, its affiliates, and authorized parties to use such media without compensation or credit, including for worldwide media communication and exploitation.

Festival Passes or tickets for Masterclasses and Food Tours are sold subject to the Organizer’s right to alter or vary the programme due to circumstances beyond their control.

The Festival programme is subject to change without notice. For the most up-to-date schedule information, please check the Festival website.

The Organizer shall not be liable, including for any refund, in the event of cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the Festival or Festival venue due to Force Majeure circumstances beyond their control.

Festival Passes or tickets for Masterclasses and Food Tours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable in such cases, but they may be used for entry to another Festival, subject to availability and Organizer approval.

These terms and conditions are governed by Indonesian law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions when deemed reasonable and necessary.
