Guided by nature and rooted in local wisdom, this hands-on journey invites you to slow down, connect with the land, and elevate a classic dessert with mindful techniques that honor both heritage and creativity. Spaces are limited, join us for a taste of something truly meaningful. The price includes a Permaculture Tour, free-flow infused water, and a demo cooking class. The final price stated here includes the platform booking fee.
Syarat dan Ketentuan
Before proceeding with the purchase of tickets from us, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions:
- The ‘Organiser’ is Yayasan Mudra Swari Saraswati ("UFF," "we," "us"), an independent, not-for-profit foundation located at Jalan Raya Sanggingan, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia 80571.
- By purchasing a ticket for a Masterclass and a Food Tour, visiting the festival venue, and/or attending any Festival-related event, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
- A valid ticket for a Masterclass or Food Tours grants access to the event on the specified date and time as indicated on the pass or ticket.
- Please ensure you have a photo ID with you when exchanging your Ticket.
- All transactions will be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). A payment gateway fee will be applied by Big Tix.
- No animals are allowed at the festival venue.
- For a Masterclass or a Food Tour Ticket holder it is sufficient to show this confirmation together with an ID at the event.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any Masterclass or Food Tour tickets holder and may conduct security searches as needed for visitor safety.
- Joining a Masterclass or a Food Tour without a valid Festival Pass or ticket is not permitted.
- Tickets for a Masterclass or a Food Tour may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred. Any attempt to alter, deface, or resell a Festival Pass or ticket will render it void.
- It is the responsibility of the Festival Pass holder or the Masterclass or Food Tour ticket holder to check their pass or ticket, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. The Organisers are not liable for any lost or stolen passes or tickets.
- By entering the venue and/or attending any Festival related event, a Masterclass and Food Tour ticket holder consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. They grant permission to the Organiser, its affiliates, and authorised parties to use such media without compensation or credit, including in worldwide media communication and exploitation.
- Tickets for Masterclass and Food Tours are sold subject to the Organiser's right to alter or vary the program due to circumstances beyond their control.
- The Festival program is subject to change without notice. For the most up-to-date schedule information, please check the Festival website.
- The Organiser shall not be liable, including for any refund, in the event of cancellation, postponement, or alteration to the Festival or Festival Venue due to Force Majeure circumstances beyond their control.
- A Ticket for Masterclass and Food Tours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Please note that Tickets are non-refundable in such cases, but they can be used for entry to another Festival.
- These terms and conditions are governed by Indonesian law, with exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions when deemed reasonable and necessary.
