WHICH EVENTS ARE FREE TO ENTER?

The 2026 Festival is free to enter, including access to the Food Market at Taman Kuliner, all Food for Thought panel discussions, and all cooking demonstrations. All live entertainment programmes, including music performances and film screenings, are also free to attend.

WHICH EVENTS REQUIRE A TICKET?

Our Special Events, as well as Masterclasses, Chef Table sessions, and Food Tours, require a separate ticket. Masterclasses, Chef Table sessions, and Food Tours can be purchased via BigTix, while seats for our Special Events are available on the Chope ticketing page.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET CONFIRMATION EMAIL; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our purchase confirmations are sent via email from our ticket partner, BigTix. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder, as it may have been misfiled. If you still can’t find it, you can click Resend Booking Confirmation to resend your ticket.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKETS OR GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, no. We have a no refunds or exchanges policy (see Terms & Conditions). The only exception is if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED?

If an event is officially cancelled, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of booking and explain the next steps. If an event is rescheduled, you will be given the option to attend the new date or request a refund.

CAN CHILDREN VISIT ANY SPECIAL EVENT?

If you have booked tickets for our Masterclass sessions, we ask that you do not bring children. In general, children are also not permitted to partake in any food or drink on offer as part of the event, and may not be permitted in licensed venues.
